Manage the day to day accounting voucher verification as per accounting policies, systems and processes regulatory reporting requirements, payroll systems and processes, internal controls, ongoing financial modelling, and strategic planning of utilization of Donor funds.

The role requires the candidate to build a pipeline of schools and colleges, and build a steady source of revenue.

The City Director will play a pivotal role in increasing Reap Benefit’s footprint in educational institutions (Private Schools, Government Schools, Colleges, Universities and other education not-for-profits). The role will entail managing a large team of 15-30 people, liasioning with stakeholders ( students, principals, teachers, and partners).

The role requires the candidate to integrate data-centric thinking in most functions of Reap Benefit Specifically Solve Ninja Index ( Public Problem Solving Index), data visualisation of local civic issues in a citywide dashboard & using data for various operational process.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven individual responsible for managing and cultivating high potential, long-term relationships to secure grants from HNI’s, CSR of Companies, Foundations in India and abroad. The candidate will directly be reporting to the CEO and working closely with President of Operations and the Reap Benefit Board.

Mentor will play a significant role in deploying the programs on the ground with youth, in private and government schools. Mentors will be reporting directly to the Program Manager.

Program Manager will play an intermediary role between City Director and Mentors on the field engaging with the youth in Private Schools, Government Schools, Colleges, Universities and other education not for profits.
